Conditional Styling

Style values depending on conditions

DocsAutomator let's you apply any of Google Docs' text styles conditionally.

The first step is to define the comparison type (equals, contains, does not equal, does not contain, ...) and value. The second step is to set the style that should be applied. You can choose from any of the following list:

  • Background Color

  • Foreground Color

  • Font Size

  • Link

  • Bold

  • Italic

  • Underline

  • Strikethrough

  • Small Caps

  • Baseline Offset

Row background colors on line items

For line items, DocsAutomator gives the option to set the background color on even or odd line items, creating a common style for tabular data:
